Canada & the United Kingdom – Free Shipping on orders $60 CAD or £75 GBP and over!

We offer free shipping to Canada and the UK on orders of $60 CAD/£75 GBP or more every day! Shipping rates on orders under $60 CAD/£75 GBP are calculated based on the weight of your purchase and the courier that you choose.

Please note that orders must meet designated free shipping minimums after all discounts and promotional codes have been applied.

International Shipping Options

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your purchase and the courier that you choose. We currently offer trackable international shipping via Passport & FedEx.

Shipping speeds with Passport vary from country to country. For simplicity, we’ve denoted shipping estimates by continent:

• North America (7-14 business days)
• Europe and Africa (14-21 business days)
• The Middle East and Asia (20-30 business days)
  

For faster delivery, we also offer express shipping via FedEx and USPS

REFUNDS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so if you’re not happy with an item for any reason, Valor Hijab will gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment or a gift card to our store, whichever you prefer. There is a $5 restocking/ return fee to cover the cost of shipping the return package and restocking the merchandise.

OUR GUARANTEE

We quarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a refund.

How to Complete a Return (Domestic & International Orders)

Domestic customers only: If you would like to return the items you purchased, through the steps below. Returns are quick and easy with our online system!

1.Login to your Valor Hijab account and open your Order History.

2. Locate the order number for the items you’re returning.

3. Then go to return@valorhijab.com. Enter your order number and zip code.

4. Choose the item(s) you would like to return.

5. Simply select “Return Item” and complete the form.

Please note that we charge a flat fee of $5 USD for domestic returns. This fee covers the cost of shipping and restocking the merchandise and will be deducted from your refund. We will provide a full balance refund for items sent back within 30 days (from the date of purchase). The refund will be in the original form of payment for the full purchase price of the item, including sales tax, and will

be issued within 15 days of us receiving the return.

Original shipping charges are not refunded as part of your return, unless the reason for the return is due to item(s) being damaged, defective or incorrect.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS (USA ONLY):

Use our return label to return your item(s) to us.

Step 1: Email return@valorhijab.com with REFUND in the subject. Be sure to provide the order number, name

of items you are retuning and the reason for the refund in your email. We will send you a pre-paid shipping

label you can use to return the items.

Step 2: Be sure to write the Return Authorization Number we provide you with clearly and visibly on the outside

of your returned package and return your item(s) to us.

This return option has a $3.95 fee which we will withhold from your refund once the return is processed. This

fee will not apply if the the reason for the return is due to the item(s) being damaged, defective or incorrect.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS (INTERNATIONAL):

Use a courier of your choice and return your item(s) to us. You are responsible for the shipping costs and ensuring the return arrives to us so we recommend you use tracked shipping.

Print out the return label, ensure that your return is securely packaged (including their original packaging and packing slip), and send it back to us.

Then choose ‘Original Payment Method’ in order to be refunded back to your original payment method. *Please note that we are unable to provide return shipping labels for international returns.

Step 1: Email return@valorhijab.com with REFUND in the subject. Be sure to provide the order number, name of

items you are retuning and the reason for the refund in your email. We will send you a Return Authorization

Number and the return address.

Step 2: Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package and return you item(s) to us. If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not the correct item you ordered, contact us to have a free return label sent to you.

EXCHANGE

How to Complete an Exchange (Domestic Orders Only)

If you choose to exchange your items by using your store credit immediately during the return process

1. Login to your Valor Hijab account and open your Order History.

2. Locate the order number for the items you’re exchanging.

3. Then go to return@valorhijab.com. Enter your order number and zip code.

4. Choose the item(s) you would like to exchange.

5. First, click the option provided that is NOT “Return Item”. (Either “Exchange for new size/color” or “Replace Item”).

6. a) Option A: If you’re looking to replace the same item due to a defect or simply exchange for a different size, follow the prompts indicated.
b) Option B: If you would like to exchange the item for a totally different product, click “shop with return credit” and then complete the form about your return. Then choose “Shop Now” to shop instantly with your return value and select the new item you would like in the exchange.

7. Print out the return label, ensure that your return is securely packaged (including their original packaging and packing slip), and send it back to us.

Late or missing refunds

Please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGE

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (return@valorhijab.com}

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the

value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to

give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should email us about your product at: {return@valorhijab.com}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-

refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded

Valor Hijab is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. You will be refunded for the items returned, not the shipping costs or any customs/duty fees you might have incurred upon receiving your order.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
